This Woodland Hills property went from a typical tract home to a nature lover’s retreat. Heavy concrete structures, brick planters and water thirsty lawns did not reflect the owner’s values so we removed it all and created underground rainwater storage, no-mow meadows, and many new trees to provided much neededshade and help mitigate climate change.

We gave the exterior and hardscape an uplift too by trimming off a fake buttress, incorporating pergolas, aserving counter, retaining walls, unique benches, a sunken yin-yang fire pit, switchback DG trails and beautiful stone rug and upgrades to the pool.
